Summary: JASMYN supports and empowers LGBTQ youth by creating safe space, providing health and wholeness services (HIV testing, risk reduction counseling, medical linkage for HIV positive youth, sexual health clinic, etc.) and offering youth development opportunities, while bringing people and resources together to promote equality and human rights. They are seeking an experienced and passionate Assistant Director of Health Services to be responsible for the development, implementation, and quality assurance of JASMYN’s Health Services for a diverse population of young people with a focus on HIV positive youth and youth at high risk for HIV. The Assistant Director of Health Services leads a team of 7 staff to accomplish best practice objectives for HIV testing, linkage, prevention, PrEP and sexual health through a comprehensive array of activities.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in social work or public health from an accredited university

  • At least 3 years of experience in staff supervision and clinical support

  • Familiarity and sensitivity in dealing with the unique needs of marginalized youth including LGBTQ,

    YMSM, youth of color and HIV positive young people

  • Experience and/or knowledge with HIV prevention, testing, linkage and treatment services, PrEP,

    evidence based interventions, trauma-informed care and harm reduction programs

  • Proficient in client data management systems, data analysis, and program evaluation is a plus

  • Must pass criminal background checks and have a valid driver’s license

  • Must be available to work flexible schedule that will include weekdays, some evenings and weekends

They are currently hiring a Search Engine Optimization (SEO) Specialist to manage search campaigns for a Jacksonville-based ad agency, develop national and local strategies and advise the team on how to best meet their marketing objectives online. The role is to be very consultative for the other teams within the organization, both technical and marketing content-focused.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Perform technical Internet site audits

  • Prioritize and document technical issues to fix the defects found

  • Handle canonicals, pagination issues, etc

  • Provide strategic content advice, not just keyword research based on search volumes but finding gaps and advising on topics to rank for based on competitive research

  • Work closely with brand marketing, creative, digital production teams to ensure the most effective SEO strategy is in place during content development, and campaign and website launches

  • Suggest content opportunities based on keyword and competitive research

  • Monitor current and historical data to find SEO opportunities, site and internal link architecture, page construction, coding errors, and other technical SEO elements

  • Research, make recommendations and lead on strategy for top of funnel content creation

Minimum Requirements Include:

  • 3-5 years of SEO experience

  • A proven track record of improving rankings through on and off page optimization

  • Strategic and holistic understanding of all aspects of SEO, including but not limited to technical implementations, content strategy and link acquisition

  • Advanced experience using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools such as Screaming Frog, Ahrefs or related

  • Stay up to date with industry trends

  • Must be able to act independently and coordinate responsibilities multiple ongoing projects across brands

  • Solid interpersonal and group communication skills in both a verbal and written format
