CHELSEA DUDEVOIRE FOUNDER/CEO
Chelsea is a Florida native and Colorado transplant with a background in copywriting and integrated marketing. In addition to managing the BWH team and platforms, she currently works as a freelance writer, editor and social media manager for a variety of local and national clients. She holds a B.A. in Editing, Writing & Media from Florida State University and lives in Denver, CO with her partner, Matt and their pup, Curry.

MARA STROBEL-LANKA CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Born and raised in Grand Rapids, Michigan, Mara is a content creator and writer who works exclusively for women-owned businesses. As the first official BWH employee, she has been instrumental in everything from brand and content curation and development to social media management, event planning, and managing our team of contributing writers. Her interests include sailing, painting, and planning her next dinner party.

HEATHER CROTEAU EDITOR
An American transplant by way of Weymouth, England, Heather is our editor-in-chief in addition to working as lead copywriter for an advertising agency where she's responsible for overseeing the quality and communication of clients' copywriting needs. Her focus as an editor has always been about really extraordinary voices, helping bring confidence and clarity to their story, then simply passing them the microphone. She lives in Seattle with her husband, Sean, and their two Australian Shepherd-mixes, Draper and Faye.

INA MEZINI ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Originally from Tirana, Albania, Ina graduated from the University of North Florida with a B.S. in Communications. She assists BWH with client pitching, content creation, merchandise fulfillment and all-things administrative. She's a lover of adventure, a good meal, the great outdoors, and hammock hangs with her dog, Diesel.

SINDY GONZALEZ PHOTOGRAPHER
Sindy is a Puerto Rico-born, Jacksonville, FL-based freelance photographer whose favorite subjects to photograph are people in their personal spaces and the ever-changing light. When she’s not behind the camera, wooing us with her sweet dance moves or out for a bike ride, she can be found slinging espresso shots behind the coffee bar. She received her BFA with a concentration in Photography from the University of North Florida.

LINDSAY BOWYER BOOK CLUB COORDINATOR
Originally from Dallas, Texas, Lindsay currently works at Jacksonville’s Museum of Contemporary Art (MOCA), introducing guests to incredible works of art. She also works at locally owned restaurant Black Sheep, and has a third side hustle, Honey Poison, through which she makes her own art. She loves to travel, visit other museums, spend time outside, and is an avid reader. Lindsay lives in Riverside with her daughter, Madeleine, her boyfriend John, and two cats. She earned her BA in Art and Art History at the University of North Florida.

MORGAN PURVIS INTERN
Morgan is a fourth-generation Floridian who placed her roots in Jacksonville during college. In her daily hustle, she leads the public relations and marketing efforts at the Jacksonville Armada FC. As the BWH intern, she’s assisting in everything from interview processes to social media, event planning, administrative duties and beyond. In her spare time (when she finds it) Morgan enjoys photography, planning her next travel adventure, and is a wannabe foodie.
